As architect and owner of the newly renovated Loft, I can assure that everything is designed for maximum comfort.

It works as a completely independent house, with direct private access from the street, each space is absolutely private. It also has air conditioning and excellent acoustic and thermal insulation.

To feel like being in a first class hotel suite this is the purpose of high care for the detail. Not only from the design point of view, but also from the service. Exquisite quality towels and sheets will be provided to guests.

Even if I am not currently living in the city due to a temporary work stage in Sydney (Australia). There will be people from my family to ensure that your time in Malaga is as good as possible.

Pedregalejo, the neighborhood where the Loft is located, is probably the most fashionable in Malaga, with its many bars and restaurants and night and day life.

The loft, while located in a quiet environment, is very close to the seafront, where you can taste the tradition of Malaga through its cuisine and places of interest such as El Balneario (10 min by walking).

Well connected by bus, although within a 45-minute walk you can easily reach the city center.

Parking is extremely easy. The area is low-density residential, which makes the nights very quiet, even if it is close to places with activities.

The access is through stairs, so it is not recommended to people with reduced mobility.
